Reporting to the Global HR Director in the UK, you'll become part of a collaborative global Centre of Excellence model, working closely with specialist teams in HR Operations, Payroll and Recruitment to deliver a seamless employee experience.

Given the nature of the role and the importance of building strong relationships across the site, the successful candidate will be based on-site in Pymble 3-4 days per week.

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, supporting leadership capability and employee engagement.

  • Provide expert guidance on Australian employment legislation, Modern Awards, employee relations matters and HR best practice.

  • Support managers through a wide range of people matters including performance management, absence management, employee development and organisational change.

  • Partner with leaders to foster a positive, inclusive and high-performing culture.

  • Lead and support employee relations cases, ensuring consistent, fair and compliant outcomes.

  • Work collaboratively with our UK-based HR Operations, Payroll and Recruitment teams to deliver an excellent employee experience.

  • Support recruitment activity, onboarding and workforce planning initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant Australian federal and state employment legislation.

  • Maintain accurate HR records and provide people data, reporting and insights to support decision-making.

  • Coordinate employee benefits administration and leave processes.

  • Support annual people processes including performance reviews, salary reviews and bonus programmes.

  • Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the global HR function.

You will bring:

  • Previous experience in an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Adviser role.

  • Strong working knowledge of Australian employment legislation, Fair Work requirements and Modern Awards.

  • Proven experience supporting managers with complex employee relations matters.

  • The ability to balance business needs with employee experience.

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to challenge constructively when required.

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Experience using HR systems and producing people-related reporting and insights.

  • High levels of professionalism, discretion and attention to detail.

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

  • Experience working within a global or matrix organisation would be advantageous.
