Job summary

Duggan + Della is partnering with a fast-growing Australian tech company to recruit a senior HR Business Partner on a Fixed Term Contract with a pathway to permanency. You will work directly with the Chief People Officer, owning HR end-to-end in a scaling business.

Rand emphasis on operational excellence, culture, and employment law, with responsibilities spanning recruitment, onboarding, rewards, and lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• Technically strong across IR, awards, employment law.

Responsibilities

• Run HR operations and the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to reward, development and exit.
• Drive culture and engagement across all teams.
• Be the go-to on industrial relations, awards, classification, pay compliance, the Fair Work Act and employment law.
• Lead people integration for acquisitions – change management, onboarding, contract and award harmonisation, and helping new teams feel they belong from day one.
• Use HRIS, automation and AI to remove admin and deliver reports and insights that inform leadership decisions.

The opportunity

You’ll work side by side with the Chief People Officer as a true commercial partner, with no layers between you and the impact. You’ll own HR end to end in a business that’s scaling and acquiring at pace, and see the difference your work makes straight away.

This role is different because you’ll:
