We know that great employee experiences don't just happen, they're created by people who care about the details, keep things running smoothly, and genuinely enjoy supporting others.

We're looking for a Human Resources Administrator to join our growing team and play an important role in supporting the employee journey from onboarding through to payroll support, compliance and workforce administration supporting the multiple entities that make up The Five Bridges Alliance.

This is an opportunity to build your HR career in a role that offers variety, responsibility and exposure across the full employee lifecycle.

Join a team where people matter.

About the Role

As our Human Resources Administrator, you'll provide high-quality administrative support to the Human Resources and Payroll function, helping to ensure our systems, records and processes are maintained accurately and efficiently. You'll work closely with the Human Resources Advisor while building strong relationships with employees and managers across the multi-entity organisation.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Maintaining employee records and HR systems (Employment Hero)
  • Preparing employment contracts, letters and onboarding documentation
  • Coordinating employee onboarding, employment changes and offboarding activities
  • Payroll preparation and payroll administration activities
  • Monitoring compliance requirements including licences, checks and clearances
  • Preparing HR, payroll and workforce reports
  • Supporting recruitment administration and candidate communications
  • Responding to employee and manager enquiries
  • Contributing to projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the HR function
About You

You'll be someone who enjoys being organised, takes pride in accuracy and understands that the small details make a big difference.

You will bring:

  • Strong administration and organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Professional communication skills
  • A commitment to confidentiality and discretion
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
  • Confidence using Microsoft 365 and business systems

Previous experience in HR administration, payroll administration or a similar support role will be highly regarded or a relevant qualification and eagerness to start your career in HR!

Why Join Us?
  • Opportunity to build your HR career across the full employee lifecycle
  • Supportive and collaborative team environment
  • Diverse and rewarding role with plenty of variety
  • Ongoing learning and development opportunities
  • Work for an organisation that genuinely values its people
