Job summary

Dovida in Port Macquarie is seeking an HR Coordinator to support the People Experience Pillar across the employee lifecycle. This role is based in our Port Macquarie office and supports the Mid North Coast office in delivering a consistent, engaging employee experience.

In this full-time permanent position, you will oversee day-to-day HR operations, partner with leaders, manage workers' compensation, and help improve people systems.

Qualifications

• Formal HR qualifications or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• High standard of customer service for all stakeholders.
• Strong and accurate computer and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations - onboarding, offboarding, contracts, HRIS data, and compliance.
• Partner with leaders to provide practical advice on employee relations, performance and development.
• Manage workers' compensation and return-to-work processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve our people systems, processes, and employee experience.

As the HR Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the People Experience Pillar by delivering a consistent and engaging employee experience across all stages of the employee lifecycle.
