Job summary

Life Without Barriers is seeking a part-time Hub Home Provider in Bunbury & South West to support Satellite Families and foster carers within the Mockingbird family constellation. You will create a safe Hub Home, nurture connections, and assist with placement challenges and access to services.

This role emphasises relationship-building with carers, children and families, keeping records, and partnering with community services to promote positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience as a foster or kinship carer (5+ years preferred).
• Ability to obtain and maintain foster carer authorisation/registration.
• Strong relationship-building and communication with carers and families.
• Ability to support children and respond to placement changes.
• Current First Aid certificate and valid driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and host monthly Constellation meetings and activities for carers, children and young people.
• Provide regular support to Satellite Families and children, including placement challenges and crises.
• Connect families with education, mental health and community services.
• Host case planning and family meetings at the Hub Home.
• Build trusted relationships and maintain a welcoming Hub Home environment.
• Maintain accurate records and collaborate with carers, staff and community services.
