You’ll help deliver our HSW strategy and management plan, strengthen our safety culture, support injury and claims management, and coach leaders to build effective and sustainable safety practices.

What you’ll be doing

  • Identifying opportunities to improve reporting, data quality and HSW processes, including the appropriate use of AI as an enabler.
  • Coordinating and supporting HSW management systems, processes, training and competency activities.
  • Implementing audit and assurance programs, supporting sites through internal and external audits, and helping close out identified actions.
Who we’re looking for

You’ll bring practical HSW experience, sound judgement and an ability to build trusted relationships across different levels and working environments.

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Approximately three to five years’ experience in a WHS and injury management role, ideally within a complex or multi-site organisation.
  • A genuine care for the health, safety and wellbeing of others.
  • Curiosity, initiative and a willingness to challenge the status quo constructively.
  • Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills.
  • Working knowledge of Australian health and safety legislation, injury management and claims management.
  • Experience supporting incident investigations, risk management, audits and assurance activities.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching and influencing skills.

Auditing or training qualifications would be an advantage.
