Job summary

United Petroleum seeks a hands-on Health, Safety & Environment (HSSE) Advisor to complete and investigate audits across Queensland sites. The role involves regional travel and working with franchisees to ensure compliance with WHS and ISO standards.

The ideal candidate has strong WHS knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a Certificate IV in WHS. Travel and a proactive problem-solving approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and relevant standards desirable.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Confident communicator with written and verbal skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills required.
• Willingness to travel regionally with overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Complete HSSE audits on the iAuditor or other digital platforms.
• Investigate and correct issues found in audits and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Commission Agents and Franchisees to ensure compliance.
• Monitor site compliance with safety, food safety, and health regulations.
• Build partnerships with stakeholders to support continuous improvement.
