BGIS Global Integrated Solutions Canada is seeking an experienced HSEQ Manager to oversee health, safety, environment and quality across NSW energy transmission sites. Based in Sydney CBD with regular attendances at Western Sydney sites, you will drive compliance, audits and continuous improvement while maintaining strong client relationships.

Competenze

• WHS management experience across sites and portfolios.
• Experience conducting WHS audits and ensuring ISO/NSW standards.
• Strong communication and relationship-building across stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Maintain and improve WHS and environmental management systems to meet ISO and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and reporting.
• Manage the Emergency Management Plan and staff training.
• Conduct regular site inspections and update risk registers.
• Investigate incidents and record hazards in the system.
• Coordinate site access, inductions, and client interactions.
• Prepare WHSE reports including LTIFR and MTIFR metrics.
• Contribute to tenders and contract transitions with WHSE input.
• Provide technical WHSE support to sites and build client relationships.
