Zusammenfassung

Webuild, together with Clough and e2o, is delivering the New Women and Babies Hospital project in Perth, WA. We seek experienced Services Supervisors with a track record in building services on hospital or health-related projects to join the night-shift roster.

Based across multiple campuses, this permanent night shift role requires strong coordination with engineering, contracting and regulatory authorities, plus leadership to guide subcontractors and project teams through critical activities

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in Building Services within the building and construction industry.
• Experience working on hospital or health-related projects (highly advantageous).
• Strong ability to influence, manage and build relationships with engineering, consulting and construction stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating services design, installation, commissioning and authority approvals on complex projects.
• Strong planning, problem solving and decision-making capability, with the ability to operate effectively in dynamic or fast changing environments.
• Proven experience managing subcontractors, technical documentation and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Availability and commitment to work a permanent night shift roster.
