Job summary

Renascent in Australia is seeking an experienced HSEQ Advisor to join the Regional team and drive safety compliance across projects. You will manage procedures, training materials, and safety documentation while supporting audits and tender qualifications.

Travel to job sites weekly and coordinate ISO/OFSC certification maintenance, with a focus on team collaboration, continuous improvement, and safe project delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ HSEQ experience, ideally within commercial construction.
• Relevant HSEQ qualifications and strong knowledge of HSEQ systems and processes.
• Strong organisational, time management and project coordination skills.
• Confident communicator with a collaborative, team-focused approach.
• Proactive problem-solver with a focus on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and distribution of safety procedures, work instructions, documentation, and training materials.
• Monitor and report on safety performance and compliance.
• Assist in the implementation and enforcement of company safety policies and programs.
• Travel to job sites weekly to ensure safety compliance is maintained at high standards.
• Support internal and external HSEQ audits.
• Assist with requirements for tender pre-qualifications.
• Assist in the upkeep of ISO and OFSC certification.
• Maintain 3rd party building/contractor management portal requirements
• Maintain the calendar, agenda and record minutes for the WHS committee.
• Onboard all new starters and coordinate annual HSEQ training requirements.

The Role

As a HSEQ Advisor, you’ll be an essential part of the Regional team, managing and maintaining all things HSEQ related to ensure effective delivery of programs, compliance with company safety standards and honouring our commitment to providing a safe and healthy workplace.
