Zusammenfassung

Service Stream is seeking an HSE Business Partner to collaborate with operational leaders and frontline teams across ACT field operations. The role focuses on influencing safe work practices, coaching leaders, and embedding a proactive safety culture with practical guidance and field-based leadership.

Reporting to the HSE State Lead, you will drive site assurance, incident investigations, and learning initiatives while strengthening safety capability across projects.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years' experience in Health, Safety and Environment
• Strong knowledge of WHS legislation, standards and management systems
• Experience conducting incident investigations and writing reports
• Ability to influence and coach frontline leaders
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
• Ability to use digital HSE reporting platforms

Aufgaben

• Partner with frontline leaders and service partners to strengthen safety capability
• Provide coaching and mentoring on risk controls and safe work practices
• Conduct site inspections, observations, audits and assurance activities
• Lead incident investigations and contribute to continuous improvement
• Facilitate safety meetings, learning teams and engagement activities
• Support injury management and return-to-work processes
• Maintain HSE reporting across internal and client systems
• Drive safety outcomes through visible leadership and field engagement
• Champion Human and Organizational Performance (HOP) in safety
