Job summary

Evolution Precast is seeking an experienced HSE Coordinator to drive health, safety and environmental performance across our Wetherill Park facility. This hands-on role reports to the Operations Manager and collaborates with supervisors, contractors, and management to ensure safe work practices and compliance.

You will develop and implement HSE systems, run audits and training, and support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, compliance and environmental performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in workplace health and safety management in manufacturing or construction environments.
• Ability to conduct audits, inspections, incident investigations and risk assessments.
• Strong understanding of WHS legislation and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive safety culture across all operations.
• Conduct inspections, audits, observations, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate investigations, hazard reporting and corrective actions.
• Maintain HSE documentation and compliance systems.
• Support WHS and environmental compliance and training.
