Job summary

Resource Services Group X in Sydney is seeking an experienced Health, Safety and Environmental Advisor to support mining, resources and infrastructure projects. You will help maintain the integrated HSE management system and implement safe systems of work.

You will audit processes, investigate incidents using ICAM or TapRooT, deliver safety training, and develop procedures and checklists to meet WHS requirements. Be ready to work collaboratively and autonomously.

Qualifications

• Formal qualifications in Health, Safety and Environment.
• Experience on mining, resources or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Experience auditing HSE processes.
• Ability to develop procedures and checklists meeting WHS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining the integrated HSE management system and drive improvement.
• Provide advice, guide, support, and coach personnel in HSE policies.
• Participate in project start‑up readiness and risk assessments.
• Assist with incident investigations and reporting.
• Support internal HSE audit schedules for offices and projects.
• Assist with third‑party QHSE audits and tenders.
