Job summary

ACCIONA is seeking an HSE Administrator for the Alkimos Seawater Desalination project in Perth. You will support safety data collection, maintain HSE documents, and assist with subcontractor mobilisations and trainings.

Working with site teams, you will coordinate communications, monitor equipment, and help procure HSE goods and events, building a strong foundation for a long-term career in health and safety with ACCIONA.

Qualifications

• Administrative experience in a health and safety or project environment.
• Sound understanding of WHS legislative requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative approach and ability to work within a team.

Responsibilities

• Support health and safety data collection and maintain accuracy.
• Assist mobilisation of subcontractors and personnel through project systems.
• Manage and maintain project HSE documents and systems.
• Prepare health and safety communications, reports and publications.
• Support delivery of project training sessions and inductions.
• Monitor availability of HSE equipment across the project.
• Assist procurement and administration of HSE events and goods.
