Job summary

ACCIONA is a global leader in regenerative infrastructure, seeking a health, safety and environment (HSE) support professional for the Alkimos Seawater Desalination Plant project in Australia. You will assist in data accuracy, subcontractor mobilisation, HSE documentation, and safety communications to help deliver a climate resilient water project.

Qualifications

• Administrative experience in a health and safety or project environment.
• Sound understanding of WHS legislative requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative approach and ability to work within a team.

Responsibilities

• Support health and safety data collection and maintain accuracy.
• Assist mobilisation of subcontractors and personnel through project systems.
• Manage and maintain project HSE documents and systems.
• Prepare health and safety communications, reports and publications.
• Support delivery of project training sessions and inductions.
• Monitor availability of HSE equipment across the project.
• Assist procurement and administration of HSE events and goods.
