Minecon Recruitment has partnered with a premier earthmoving contractor with a strong, long‑term pipeline of work across the Bowen Basin. We are currently seeking skilled HR Water Cart & Moxy Operators to join a major mine rehabilitation projects in the Bowen Basin Region.
Working as a key member of the site rehabilitation team, you will be operating HR Water Carts & Moxy trucks across heavy bulk earthworks and land rehabilitation tasks.
Roster: 7/7 Day Shift OR Night Shift, some rotating rosters
Contract: Fixed‑Term Contract (Enjoy accrued annual leave & sick leave benefits)

Proven experience operating HR Water Carts and Moxy Trucks in production or civil earthworks environments
RII / Statement of Attainment for Articulated Dump Truck
Current Standard 11 (S11) Statement of Attainment
Current Coal Board Medical
HR Driver Licence and reliable transport for DIDO
Strong commitment to workplace health & safety
Ability to pass a pre‑employment medical, including a Drug & Alcohol screen
