About the role:

TLE Electrical Wetherill Park is seeking a dependable, safety-focused HR Truck Driver to join our growing and close-knit team. This role plays a key part in ensuring customers receive their orders accurately, on time, and in excellent condition.

You’ll enjoy a varied day combining deliveries with warehouse support, working closely with a friendly and experienced team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Completing same-day, local deliveries and return runs across Sydney
• Safely loading and unloading goods at customer and supplier sites
• Coordinating deliveries with dispatch and customers
• Conducting daily vehicle checks and maintaining accurate logbooks
• Ensuring all goods are handled and transported safely and efficiently
• Assisting with warehouse operations when required

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• HR licence with a clean driving record (essential)
• Forklift licence (preferred)
• Experience in transport, logistics or warehousing (highly regarded)
• Strong work ethic with a consistent and reliable approach
• High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
• Calm, level-headed approach in busy environments
• Commitment to safety, professionalism and taking ownership of your work
• Full Australian working rights (Australian or New Zealand Citizen, or Australian Permanent Resident – sponsorship is not available for this role)
• Additional training in load restraint, fatigue management or vehicle safety will be highly regarded.
