Job summary

Greentech, part of MM Electrical Merchandising, is hiring a delivery driver based in Sydney. You will spend over 90% of your day on Sydney deliveries with occasional runs to Newcastle and Canberra. A current HR licence and professional driving experience are essential for this role.

You will be responsible for multi-drop deliveries, load restraint, and safe handling of batteries and heavy products, while upholding safety standards and timely service.

Qualifications

• Current HR licence (essential)
• Good understanding of load restraint and weight distribution
• Physically fit and reliable
• Professional, customer-focused attitude
• Full Australian working rights
• Current forklift licence and NHVR/HVNL knowledge would be advantageous

• Completing multi-drop deliveries to customer sites
• Checking loads prepared by the warehouse team are positioned and restrained correctly
• Safely transporting batteries and other heavy products
• Taking responsibility for the safety and upkeep of your truck
• Delivering products on time, in good condition and with great customer service
• Maintaining compliance with road safety requirements and company procedures

What you’ll be doing

If you enjoy being out on the road, this role will suit you. You’ll spend more than 90% of your day completing mostly Sydney deliveries, with occasional runs to Newcastle and Canberra.

What you’ll need

• Current HR licence (essential), with either HR driving experience or other professional driving experience and a safe driving record
• Good understanding of load restraint and weight distribution
• Physically fit and reliable
• Professional, customer-focused attitude
• Full Australian working rights
• Current forklift licence and knowledge of NHVR/HVNL requirements would be advantageous but aren’t essential
