Corrs Chambers Westgarth, Australia's leading independent law firm, invites an emerging HR professional to join the Sydney People & Performance team as a P&P Coordinator. The role focuses on providing administrative support for Seasonal Clerk and Graduate programs and coordinating recruitment campaigns.

You will also provide daily support to the P&P team, assist with employee queries, and help grow HR knowledge within professional services.

Qualifikationen

• Tertiary qualifications or 2 years' relevant experience.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to support multiple internal stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset and proactive approach.
• Strong MS Office experience, including Excel.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate Seasonal Clerk recruitment processes.
• Support development programs and related events.
• Assist with recruitment campaigns and offers.
• Provide daily admin support to the P&P team.
• Respond to general employee queries.
