Job summary

Sharp and Carter is seeking a senior Head of People & Culture Systems to lead system optimisation, implementation and transformation across a large, internationally listed organisation with a national footprint in Australia.

Based in Sydney with three days in the office and two days from home, you will translate HR requirements into practical solutions, partner with IT, and drive HR system improvements spanning Core HR, payroll, ATS, learning and performance to enhance the employee

Qualifications

• Senior HR professional with system optimisation and transformation experience.
• Experience delivering HR systems implementations and improvements.
• Experience in large, complex organisations.
• Ability to translate HR needs into functional requirements for IT.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of payroll, learning, ATS and integrated HR systems.
• Experience with Oracle HCM or similar enterprise HR platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with P&C leaders to identify system improvements and opportunities.
• Lead and coordinate P&C projects from requirements through to implementation.
• Translate HR needs into functional requirements for design, testing, implementation and change.
• Drive improvements across Core HR, payroll, talent acquisition, learning and performance.
• Simplify processes and expand employee self-service.
• Collaborate with IT to ensure technology solutions meet P&C needs.
• Support improvements to P&C reporting and workforce insights.
• Manage multiple projects and keep stakeholders informed.
• Champion continuous improvement and employee experience.
