Job summary

Sharp & Carter is seeking a senior Head of People & Culture Systems to lead system optimisation, implementation and transformation across a national footprint in Australia. You will partner with P&C leaders, IT, and stakeholders to design practical HR solutions that improve processes and the employee experience.

The role sits at the intersection of People & Culture and technology, driving improvements in payroll, learning, talent, and analytics while simplifying administration and expanding

Qualifications

• Senior HR systems expertise across HR platforms (Oracle HCM or similar).
• Experience leading system optimisation, implementation and transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead P&C systems projects from requirements through to implementation.
• Coordinate system enhancements and transformation initiatives across HR domains (Core HR, payroll, ATS, learning, performance).
• Translate HR needs into functional requirements with IT teams.
