Job summary

Gunditjmara Aboriginal Cooperative Ltd in Warrnambool is seeking a proactive HR and Risk Manager to lead workplace safety, risk management and human resources functions across the organisation. You will partner with leaders to embed compliant HR policies, manage workforce development and support a culturally safe, productive workplace for about 110 staff.

The role requires strong knowledge of Fair Work Act, OH&S, and HR systems, with a hands-on approach to governance and reporting.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, OH& S /WHS, Leadership, Business or related field.
• Sound knowledge of Fair Work Act, NES and relevant employment Awards.
• Experience with HR systems and maintaining accurate employee records.
