Hybrid work arrangement across Naarm – Melbourne, Canberra, Brisbane, Sydney, with options for reduced hours. You will work with a diverse team to design and deliver HR solutions, develop deliverables, and help organisations realise strategic HR goals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HR transformation projects across modern HR functions.
• Strong understanding of core HR processes across the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver HR transformation projects across HR technology, operating models, payroll and workforce management.
• Partner with clients to understand priorities and identify opportunities to improve HR service delivery.
• Develop high-quality deliverables including process maps, requirements, and executive-ready recommendations.
• Coordinate activities, run stakeholder workshops, and support business development within a collaborative team.
