Job summary

EY Australia is seeking an HR Consultant to deliver HR transactional support, policy guidance, and operational excellence across the business. You will connect employees with Talent teams and help shape a better working world through compliant HR operations.

This hybrid, 12-month contract role can be performed from any EY office in Australia, with potential options for reduced hours. You will work with SuccessFactors and collaborate across payroll, mobility and other functions.

HR Consultant

The opportunity

As our People Team Consultant, you’ll play a critical role in delivering high-quality HR transactional support, policy advice and operational excellence across the business. You’ll act as a key connector between employees and specialist Talent teams, ensuring consistent, accurate and human-centred HR support, while contributing to broader Talent initiatives and continuous improvement.

This is a hybrid position offered on a 12-month contract and can be performed from any of our EY offices across Australia. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate and timely HR transaction processing (e.g. leave, promotions, employment changes) while maintaining data integrity in systems such as SuccessFactors
• Provide clear, responsive and human-centric HR advice to employees and stakeholders, supporting policy interpretation and employee experience outcomes
• Collaborate with Talent teams, payroll, mobility and other business functions to ensure seamless and compliant HR operations and continuous improvement
