Wellington Shire Council in regional Victoria is seeking a motivated Human Resources Officer to support HR operations across the employee lifecycle. You’ll handle recruitment, onboarding and staff movements while contributing to culture initiatives.

This full-time, band 5 role offers a salary of $77,357 to $88,159 per annum plus 12% super, with hybrid working and opportunities to grow within a values-driven team focused on community wellbeing and workforce excellence.

Formación

• Understanding of HR policies, practices and confidentiality requirements.
• High level administration skills with demonstrated attention to detail.
• Practical experience in building relationships and a proven track record as a team player.
• Great written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt your style to different audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Supporting Leaders through the Employee Lifecycle processes.
• Administration of end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and induction processes.
• Administration of staff movements processes.
• Support HR operations with administration, reporting, and record management.
• Contribute to equity, diversity and inclusion, recognition, and culture-building initiatives.
• Assist with HR projects and continuous improvement activities.
• Coordinate awareness and celebration events that connect and engage our people.
