Job summary

Hi-Tec Oils is seeking a reliable Delivery Driver to join our Sydney depot. The role involves safe and efficient delivery of lubricants and related products to customers across Sydney and surrounds, with pump-in deliveries and customer interactions at delivery sites.

You will load, unload, complete dockets and maintain vehicle presentation, while following all safety procedures and company guidelines. This is a full-time position with standard daytime hours.

Qualifications

• HR Manual driver's licence is required and driving a manual vehicle is preferred.
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Good communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to complete paperwork accurately and manage a daily delivery schedule.

Responsibilities

• Safely delivering lubricants, oils and related products across Sydney and surrounding areas.
• Perform pump-in deliveries at customer sites and obtain signatures.
• Maintain clean and presentable company vehicle and complete delivery paperwork.
• Communicate delivery status, delays or customer requirements to the transport and operations team.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues identified during pre-start checks.

With a strong national footprint and over 25 years of industry expertise, we are seeking a professional and reliable Tanker Driver (HR Manual Licence) to join our team at our Sydney depot.

We are currently seeking a reliable and safety-focused Delivery Driver to join our team based in Smithfield. This is a hands-on role delivering lubricants, oils and related products to customers across Sydney and surrounding areas.

About the Role

As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of products to our customers. The role also involves pump-in deliveries, customer interaction and completing the required delivery paperwork.

You will be responsible for:

• Safely delivering products to customers across Sydney and surrounding areas.
• Completing pump-in deliveries at customer sites.
• Providing friendly and professional customer service at delivery locations.
• Completing delivery dockets, pump-in paperwork and obtaining customer signatures.
• Ensuring the correct products and quantities are delivered.
• Loading and unloading products safely.
• Completing vehicle pre-start checks and reporting any maintenance or safety issues.
• Maintaining a clean and presentable company vehicle.
• Communicating with the transport and operations team regarding deliveries, delays or customer requirements.
• Following all company safety, transport and environmental procedures.
• Representing Hi-Tec Oils professionally when dealing with customers.

About You

We are looking for someone who is reliable, safety-conscious and takes pride in providing great customer service.

You will ideally have:

• A current HR Manual driver's licence and experience driving manual.
• Experience with pump-in deliveries will be highly regarded.
• A strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• The ability to complete paperwork accurately.
A reliable and professional approach to work.
• The ability to work independently and manage a daily delivery schedule.
• Previous experience in the oil, lubricant, fuel, transport or industrial products industry will be advantageous.
