Job summary

DWF Group in Sydney, Australia, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to provide generalist HR support for approximately 300 colleagues across the region, leveraging the Group’s Global Operating Model to deliver service excellence.

You will partner with senior leaders on people strategy, organisational design, and change management, while guiding complex employee and industrial relations matters and driving talent management initiatives. This role is based in Sydney with a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Experience leading cyclical HR activities.
• Detailed knowledge of employment law and regulations in Australia.
• Proven technical HR expertise with the ability to coach senior leaders.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into actionable HR plans.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior operational leaders to align people strategy with business objectives.
• Provide expert advice on organisational design, workforce planning, capability development and change management.
• Lead and support complex employee and industrial relations matters, including investigations, performance management and workplace change.
• Coach and influence leaders to build people leadership capability and accountability.
• Drive talent management, succession planning and retention strategies for key roles.
• Support enterprise bargaining and industrial relations initiatives.
• Lead and contribute to HR projects, organisational development programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Champion culture, engagement, wellbeing and inclusion across the region.
• Utilise workforce data and insights to identify opportunities, risks and improvement initiatives.
