Westfund Health Insurance in Lithgow NSW is seeking an HR Manager to lead People & Culture across 12 NSW/QLD locations. The role is hybrid, based at Lithgow with travel to sites, and reports to the Chief People Officer. A five-person HR team supports payroll, recruitment and ER/IR.

The job focuses on practical HR leadership, policy execution and strong stakeholder engagement. You'll drive operational HR excellence, advise leaders, and contribute to People & Culture strategy with hands‑on

Formación

• Senior generalist HR experience with leadership responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of Enterprise Agreements, modern awards, contracts.
• Experience running employee relations matters, investigations and disciplinary processes.
• Experience with payroll and HRIS integration.
• Tertiary qualification in HR, industrial relations, business or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Lead HR operations for around 240 people across 12 locations.
• Oversee employee relations, industrial relations, contracts, payroll and recruitment.
• Coach leaders and handle investigations and disciplinary processes.
• Implement improvements to HR processes, reporting and data.
• Manage restructures and flexible/work arrangements.
