Job summary

Programmed is seeking experienced, reliable and safety‑focused truck drivers for ongoing opportunities across Sydney, including Penrith, Eastern Creek, Erskine Park, Enfield, Botany, Matraville and Western Sydney.

You will hold an MR, HR or HC licence with immediate starts available. Duties include multi‑drop deliveries, freight handling, pre‑start checks, safe loading/unloading, and strict adherence to delivery schedules and site procedures.

Qualifications

• Current MR, HR or HC licence.
• Proven truck driving experience.
• Strong focus on workplace and road safety.
• Ability to perform manual handling where required.
• Good knowledge of Sydney roads and transport procedures.

MR, HR & HC Truck Drivers Wanted | Multiple Sydney Locations

We are currently seeking experienced, reliable and safety-focused Truck Drivers for a range of ongoing opportunities across Sydney, including:

• Penrith
• Eastern Creek
• Erskine Park
• Enfield
• Botany
• Matraville
• Western Sydney and surrounding areas

We have positions available for drivers holding MR, HR and HC licences with immediate starts available.

About the Role

Our clients operate across various industries, including freight, transport and logistics. Duties may include:

• Multi-drop deliveries to businesses and commercial customers
• Transporting freight, parcels and general goods
• Pre-start vehicle checks and compliance requirements
• Safe loading and unloading of trucks
• Following delivery schedules and site procedures
• Maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach

Depending on the client and site, some roles will require you to manually load and unload your vehicle, while other positions will have trucks loaded for you.

What We're Looking For

To be successful, you must have:

• A current MR, HR or HC Licence
• Proven truck driving experience
• A strong commitment to workplace and road safety
• An exceptional driving record
• A reliable and professional work ethic
• The ability to undertake manual handling where required
• Good knowledge of Sydney roads and transport procedures

Shift Availability

We have a variety of rosters available, including:

• Day Shift
• Afternoon Shift
• Night Shift

Pay rates vary depending on the role, client site and licence class.
