Job summary

Randstad in Cronulla, NSW is seeking HC Side loader and HR Tilt Tray Drivers for a 100% day-shift role with 5:00–6:00 am starts and no weekend work.

You will safely operate HC Side loader and HR Tilt Tray vehicles, load and secure containers, provide excellent customer service, and maintain vehicles and schedules across Sydney roads.

Qualifications

• Valid HC or HR Driver Licence with driving experience.
• Valid White Card and MSIC (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong local knowledge of the Sydney metropolitan road network.
• Excellent presentation, self-motivation, clear communication skills, and a strong customer-first attitude.
• Side loader experience is preferred, but training is available for the right HC candidate!
• Tilt Tray Experience is also preferred

Responsibilities

• Safe operation of HC Side loader and HR Tilt Tray vehicles across the metropolitan area.
• Efficient loading, unloading, and securing of containers and machinery.
• Providing excellent 5-star customer service to clients.
• Maintaining strong knowledge of Sydney roads to meet schedules.
• Keeping vehicles clean, tidy, and well-maintained daily.
• Working collaboratively with team members while adhering to safe work practices.

HC Side loader & HR Tilt Tray Drivers
Location: Cronulla, NSW
Salary: $40.00 - $45.00/hr (HC) | $37.00 - $40.00/hr (HR) + Penalty Rates + Super
Roster: 5:00-6:00 am starts - 10-12 hour days (no weekend work)

What We Are Looking For:

Valid HC or HR Driver Licence with driving experience

Valid White Card and MSIC (or a genuine willingness to obtain both upon hire)

Strong local knowledge of the Sydney metropolitan road network

Excellent presentation, self-motivation, clear communication skills, and a strong customer-first attitude

Side loader experience is preferred, but we are fully willing to train the right HC candidate!

• Tilt Tray Experience is also preferred
