Roadmaster Refrigerated Transport is seeking an HR Driver to join our refrigerated transport team in Tomago NSW. Immediate start is available with notice periods considered for the right candidate.

The role requires a valid HR licence and a minimum of 1 year experience in road transport; refrigerated experience is highly regarded. You must be physically fit for manual loading/unloading and able to pass a medical, including drug and alcohol testing.

• Valid HR Licence is required.

• Ability to provide a current traffic report.
• Physical fitness for manual unloading and ability to pass a medical including drug and alcohol testing.
• Willingness to learn and operate electronic reporting equipment.

About the role

As a HR Driver, you will play a crucial role in our road transport operations, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of goods across the region. Key Responsibilities

Safely operating and maintaining refrigerated transport vehicles to deliver goods on time and in perfect condition

Adhering to all relevant road transport regulations and company policies to ensure compliance

Monitoring vehicle performance and conducting regular inspections to identify and address any issues

Assisting with the loading and unloading of goods at pickup and delivery points

Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining positive relationships with clients

Collaborating with the broader transport and logistics team to ensure seamless operations

To be successful in this role you’ll have:

Valid HR Licence

Minimum 1 years experience in Road Transport (Refrigerated Transport experience high regarded)

Ability to provide a current traffic report

Physical fitness for manual unloading

Ability to operate a heavy vehicle in a professional & safe manner

A punctual, reliable and courteous approach to all tasks

Ability to pass a medical examination, including drug and alcohol testing

A willingness to learn and be trained on electronic equipment, such as tablets, for reporting and monitoring driving hours
