Job summary

CT Labour Hire is seeking a reliable HR Driver/Storesperson based in Underwood, SE Queensland. The role combines driving, warehouse setup, and inventory management, with regular travel across South East Queensland to collect donated furniture and equipment from hospitals and schools.

We offer a Monday–Friday, 8:00 am start, with potential progression to permanent employment for the right candidate. Must have full working rights and essential licences.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid HR Driver's Licence.
• Valid High Risk Forklift Licence is essential.
• Experience with warehouse setup and inventory management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive as part of a field team and collect furniture/equipment.
• Set up and organise the warehouse for operations.
• Maintain inventory records and stock levels.
• Support general warehouse and stores duties and safety compliance.

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated HR Driver/ Storesperson to join a growing team based in Underwood. This is a hands-on role combining driving, warehouse setup, and inventory management, with regular travel throughout South East Queensland collecting furniture and equipment donated from hospitals and schools.

This role would suit someone that loves helping others and gets a real sense of fulfilment in making a positive difference in the lives of those less fortunate.

Must have full working rights - this position is not suited to those with visa restrictions/conditions.

This is a Monday - Friday position with 8am starts and would lead to permanent employment for the right candidate.

Requirements

• Current HR Driver's Licence- Essential;
• Valid High Risk Forklift Licence- Essential;
• Setup and organisation of the warehouse;
• Maintaining inventory records and stock control;
• Physically fit for repetitive manual handling and lifting;
• General warehouse and stores duties including inventory levels;
• Reliable and safety focused;
• Available for an immediate start.
