Job summary

CoreStaff is seeking an HR Driver/Installer to safely deliver and install highly sensitive technical equipment across the local region. You will operate a manual shift HR vehicle, load and secure goods, and liaise with customer site contacts to coordinate deliveries and installations.

The role requires an HR licence (HR preferred), experience with heavy rigid vehicles, a commitment to safety, and flexibility to travel regionally with varied hours, including overtime, weekends, and nights.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current HR driver’s licence (HR preferred) and experience operating heavy rigid vehicles.
• Experience in delivery, installation, technical or hands-on roles is preferred.
• Commitment to safe work practices and WHS awareness.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and install sensitive equipment to customer sites.
• Safely load, secure, and unload goods using appropriate equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service and coordinate with project staff and site contacts.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance to keep the fleet in good condition.
• Adhere to road transport regulations and safety policies.
• Assist with other warehouse and logistics duties as required.

About the Client:

We are looking for a HRDriver/Installer who will be responsible for the safe delivery and installation of highly sensitive technical equipment to our customers across the local region.

Duties:

• Must be able to operate a manual shift truck
• Operate a heavy rigid vehicle to deliver and install a wide variety of sensitive technical equipment at our customer sites.
• Safely load, secure and unload goods using appropriate equipment and techniques.
• Provide excellent customer service, liaising with project staff and customer site contacts to coordinate deliveries and installations.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance tasks to keep the fleet in good condition.
• Adhere to all relevant road transport regulations and safety policies
• Assist with other warehouse and logistics duties as required.

Criteria:

• A current HR driver's licence (HR preferred) and experience operating heavy rigid vehicles (manual shift)
• Demonstrated experience in a similar delivery, installation, technical or trade/hands on role
• Commitment to safe work practices and a proactive approach to workplace health and safety
• Be available to travel (regional) and flexible to work varied hours including overtime, weekends and nights as required
• White card or willing to obtain one prior to commencement
• Clean criminal history
• Must have good driving record
