Job summary

Vulcan in Australia is seeking a delivery professional to distribute steel products from Launceston, including a weekly run to Hobart. You will provide excellent service to our valued customers.

You will deliver orders, pick and pack, operate cutting machinery, prepare delivery documents and liaise with logistics providers, with HR and forklift licences required. This role is Monday–Friday with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• HR Licence is required.
• Forklift licence is required.
• Sound understanding of health and safety.
• Willing to work overtime when required.
• Must reside in Australia or hold a current relevant work visa.

Responsibilities

• Delivering orders in Launceston (plus one weekly run to Hobart).
• Picking and packing of orders.
• Operating cutting machinery.
• Preparing delivery documents.
• Liaising with logistics and freight companies.
• Health and safety adherence.
