Wesfarmers Chemicals, Energy & Fertilisers (WesCEF) seeks a collaborative leader to shape and deliver the HR systems roadmap and workforce reporting, while supporting payroll governance and responsible AI adoption. You will lead the HR Data & Systems team, steward SuccessFactors HRIS, Chris21 payroll, Time & Attendance, and AskHR, translating business needs into reliable platforms and insights.

Formación

• Experience leading HR systems, workforce technology, data or reporting functions.
• Strong project delivery and change management skills.
• Payroll-governance expertise and practical knowledge of HR payroll interfaces and controls.
• Knowledge of SuccessFactors HRIS and related HR platforms, including data governance and management reporting.
• Stakeholder, vendor and service-provider management with commercial judgment.
• Understanding of responsible AI, data protection and human oversight.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in business, HR, project management, information systems, data and analytics.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes.
• Knowledge of employment, payroll, tax and privacy obligations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach and develop the HR Data & Systems team, balancing support, improvements and project delivery.
• Own and deliver the HR Technology Roadmap with governance across security, privacy and responsible AI.
• Strengthen workforce data quality and deliver dashboards, metrics, reporting and insights.
• Lead HR systems projects from planning through requirements, testing, implementation, change and benefits realization.
• Lead payroll-governance improvement initiatives including Time & Attendance, rostering, integrations and controls.
• Build partnerships across HR, Payroll, Finance, IT and operations, managing vendors and service performance.
• Provide leadership and guidance to ensure compliant, efficient payroll and HR systems.
