Wesfarmers Chemicals, Energy & Fertilisers (WesCEF) is seeking a collaborative leader to shape and deliver our HR data and systems roadmap, drive workforce reporting and support payroll governance and responsible AI adoption.

Reporting to the HR Digital & Reward Manager, you will lead HR technology, analytics and insights, ensure governance and security, and partner with HR, Payroll, Finance and IT to deliver modern, employee‑centred services across our Perth-based hybrid workplace.

Formación

• Experience leading HR systems, data or reporting functions and building team capability.
• Strong project delivery and change management for system adoption.
• Payroll-governance expertise with Time & Attendance, rostering and payroll interfaces.
• Knowledge of SuccessFactors HRIS, data governance and management reporting.
• Stakeholder, vendor and service-provider management with commercial judgement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach and develop the HR Data & Systems team with operational support, improvements and projects.
• Own and deliver the HR Technology Roadmap across HRIS, payroll systems and AI governance.
• Improve workforce data quality and deliver dashboards, metrics and insights for decision making.
• Oversee the HR systems project portfolio from planning to benefits realisation.
• Lead payroll governance initiatives including Time & Attendance, rostering, integrations and controls.
• Build partnerships across HR, Payroll, Finance and IT, managing vendors and service performance.
• Provide leadership on compliant, efficient, employee-centred HR systems practices.
