Job summary

Randstad is seeking an exceptionally detail-oriented Project Support Officer for a 2-month contract to join our Victorian public sector initiative. You will manage high-volume HR project administration, strict candidate compliance verification, and tracker management to ensure seamless project delivery in a dynamic hybrid setting.

• Experience in HR administration and recruitment operations.
• Proven background verifying pre-employment documentation and applying strict compliance checks.
• High accuracy in data management and tracking.
• Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets and candidate management tools.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify onboarding documentation for compliance.
• Maintain real-time candidate trackers across recruitment stages.
• Follow up with candidates 3–5 days to complete onboarding.
• Schedule assessments, information centers, and site inductions.
• Conduct data audits and escalate complex compliance cases.
