Job summary

Airport Development Group (ADG) is delivering Program Alkina, a major ERP and HR transformation across the Northern Territory. We are seeking a SME – Human Resources & Change to guide HR systems, workforce processes and governance through go-live and adoption.

You will partner with HR, operations and vendors across Darwin and Cairns, shaping change management, testing, training, documentation and compliance activities to ensure a smooth transition to new platforms including Infor and ReadyTech

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Human Resources, organisational change, or business transformation.
• Experience supporting HRIS, payroll, recruitment, or ERP implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, governance, compliance, and workforce processes.
• Experience conducting system testing, validation, training, and user support activities.
• Proven ability to manage change requests and drive continuous improvement.
• Stakeholder engagement, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to operate across multiple locations and competing priorities.
• Excellent organisational skills and deadline management.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR systems, frameworks, and workforce process input and review workflows.
• Support ERP and HR system implementation, readiness, testing, and cutover.
• Engage stakeholders across functions and locations to validate solutions.
• Contribute to testing, training materials, and user adoption activities.
• Review and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook documentation.
• Support governance, assurance, compliance, and risk management.
• Champion organisational transformation and change management activities.
• Promote health, safety and risk awareness within HR practices.
