ODPP in Sydney is seeking an HR Cadet to support the HR team with a range of administrative tasks and projects. The role is designed for individuals under 25 and offers exposure to recruitment, onboarding and HR processes.

No prior experience required, but strong communication and teamwork skills are valued. You will gain valuable training and development opportunities in a supportive work environment at the NSW Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions.

Qualifications

• Must be under 25 years of age.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Basic knowledge of HR practices is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate communication.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees.
