Job summary

Professional Search Group partners with a Not-for-Profit Corporation in the Perth CBD to recruit an HR Business Partner. This role sits in a supportive People & Culture team and acts as a trusted operational partner to department heads, managers and clinical supervisors across health and community service portfolios.

This hands-on generalist position blends everyday advisory with workforce capability initiatives, including ER/IR, coaching leaders, workforce planning and policy projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisory capacity.
• Strong understanding of Australian employment law, ER case management and award interpretation.
• Not-for-Profit, Healthcare, Disability, Aged Care or Community Services sector experience preferred.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and collaborative problem-solving skills.
• Tertiary qualifications in HRM, IR or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end ER/IR matters, investigations, performance management and grievances.
• Coach operational leaders through staff matters, capability and communication.
• Collaborate on workforce planning, resourcing and talent retention strategies.
• Contribute to P&C framework improvements, policy reviews and HRIS enhancements.
