Peabody is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Centurion Mine, located approximately 160 kilometres west of Mackay.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will provide high-quality generalist HR support across the employee lifecycle while partnering with operational leaders to drive people outcomes, build leadership capability and support a safe, productive and values-driven workplace. This is a key role focused on employee relations, workforce engagement, compliance and continuous improvement across the operation.
You are a proactive HR professional with strong employee relations capability, excellent stakeholder management skills and a passion for supporting leaders and employees in a dynamic operational environment.
