Job summary

Eaton is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our ANZ team. In this influential role, you'll work closely with business leaders across a diverse and dynamic workforce, providing strategic and operational HR support that enables growth, capability development, and high-performance outcomes.

Reporting to the HR Director, you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders, delivering people solutions that align with business objectives and support a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

• Experience as HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Knowledge of Australian employment law and HR best practices
• Experience advising on ER, performance management and change initiatives
• Commercial acumen and ability to align people strategies with business outcomes
• Proactive, solutions-focused and autonomous
• Degree in HR, Business or related field

Reporting to the HR Director, you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders, delivering people solutions that align with business objectives and support a positive employee experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Partnering with leaders on workforce planning, talent management and organisational effectiveness
• Providing coaching and guidance on employee relations, performance management and leadership capability
• Supporting change management and organisational transformation initiatives
• Driving employee engagement, retention and development programs
• Advising on HR policies, procedures and employment legislation
• Managing employee relations matters and supporting investigations when required
• Collaborating with regional and global HR teams to implement key people initiatives
• Supporting succession planning and talent development activities

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Demonstrated experience as an HR Business Partner, Senior HR Advisor or similar role
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practice
• Experience providing advice on employee relations, performance management and change initiatives
• Commercial acumen and the ability to align people strategies with business outcomes
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the confidence to work autonomously
• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline
