Job summary

Randstad HR Partners in NSW's Southern Highlands is seeking a permanent HR Business Partner to work closely with the HR Manager, WHS Manager and the HR team. You will build strong relationships across the business, guiding managers through HR modernisation and best practices while driving strategic projects.

Job description

An exciting permanent opportunity has become available to join a well established medical business on NSW's Southern Highlands. As a HR Business Partner you will work very closely with the HR Manager, WHS Manager and wider HR team. Playing a key role in this HR team you will build strong relationships across the business. With your strong organisational capability allowing you to successfully drive projects and guide managers through best practice/HR modernisation.
