Job summary

Argo Natural Resources in Queensland's Bowen Basin seeks a capable HR Administrator to support onboarding, records management and daily HR activities. You will be the go-to behind-the-scenes contact, ensuring accurate HR documentation and a positive employee experience.

You'll collaborate with the Human Resources Superintendent and other teams, keeping processes efficient while handling confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in HR administration or a similar administrative role.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships across all levels of the business.
• A high level of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
