Job summary

Achieve Australia is seeking a Human Resources Administrator to join our People, Performance & Culture team. In a fast-paced role, you will support recruitment and other employee services, delivering exceptional customer service and helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

The role offers opportunities for internal progression, with responsibilities including contract drafting, pre-employment checks, onboarding, and Liaison with multiple teams.

Qualifications

  • Relevant Certificate or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline required.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Provide effective administrative support to the PPC Team and other internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the recruitment team with vacancy management and provide regular reports to hiring managers.
  • Provide support and guidance to general enquiries up to intermediate level of technical knowledge (Tier 1).
  • Deliver high-quality customer service and clear communications via email, phone, and other channels.
  • Follow relevant policies and procedures relevant to the function.
  • Conduct required pre-employment checks relevant to the roles.
  • Draft employment contracts using the template relevant to the role.
  • Onboard candidates by updating the Talent Management System (TMS) and coordinating with Employee Services and L&D teams.
