Job summary

Coast2Bay Housing Group is seeking a Housing Services Officer to support services from our Caboolture office and across hubs. You will be the first point of contact for tenants, triaging inquiries and contributing to early resolution.

Key duties include data entry in tenancy systems, supporting tenancy finance functions, and providing administrative support to the Housing Services Team. Experience with vulnerable clients is valued.

• Essential administrative skills with data entry and telephone handling.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Experience working with vulnerable client groups is preferred.
• Good organisational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

About the Roles

Coast2Bay is currently growing with a number of new housing developments due to open in the coming months. We are recruiting for a Housing Services Officer to support services delivery from our Caboolture office, and at times other service delivery hubs across our catchment.

Housing Services Officer Roles

• The first point of contact for tenants and the community, triaging enquiries and working on early resolution.

• Provide administrative support to the Housing Services Team, assisting in the delivery of tenancy and property functions.
