Qualifications

• Previous hotel housekeeping experience preferred.
• Min. 2 years housekeeping experience for Team Leader role.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in presenting clean rooms.
• Good time management and ability to work independently.
• Positive attitude, reliability and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work weekends and public holidays as required.
• Physical fitness to perform cleaning duties.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, studios and apartments per standards.
• Change bed linen, make beds and replenish towels and amenities.
• Clean bathrooms, kitchens, living areas and apartment facilities.
• Maintain high cleanliness, presentation and hygiene standards.
• Report maintenance issues and lost property to management.
• Follow hotel cleaning procedures and WHS requirements.
• Manage allocated room quotas while maintaining quality standards.
• Assist with housekeeping duties in common areas when required.
