Bolton Clarke is seeking a Team Leader Housekeeping at Gosling Creek in Orange, NSW, to lead day-to-day housekeeping and laundry operations, ensuring safety, cleanliness and high standards for residents and staff.

You will supervise staff, manage budgets, coordinate supplies, and drive compliance with quality, safety, and Australian standards. This role offers a supportive team culture in a not-for-profit aged care setting.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a commercial housekeeping, hotel services, or cleaning leadership role.

Responsabilités

• Lead, supervise, and support the daily activities of the housekeeping and laundry team.
• Ensure all cleaning and laundry services meet compliance, quality, and accreditation requirements.
• Manage departmental budgets, including labour, cleaning, and laundry costs.
• Oversee the ordering, delivery, inventory control, and storage of housekeeping supplies and equipment.
• Build positive relationships with residents and resident committees, responding to feedback and resolving concerns promptly and professionally.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve operational processes, efficiency, and service delivery.
• Promote and lead compliance with OHS&E policies and objectives.
• Monitor performance and maintain high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and presentation across the site.
