Silk Hospitality in Bondi Beach, NSW, is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a frontline team across hotel housekeeping operations. You will drive service quality, supervise room cleaning, amenities replenishment, and safety practices to deliver 4- to 5-star guest experiences.

The role is permanent part-time with a competitive hourly rate plus superannuation. Flexible 5 days per week, minimum 30 hours, weekend penalties apply, and on-the-job training provided to support career development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, including room allocations, inspections and team productivity.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, pantries and public spaces.
• Oversee linen control, including sorting, counting and stock management.
• Uphold guest privacy, safety, and confidentiality at all times.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Health & Safety procedures and report hazards or maintenance issues.
• Build strong relationships with clients and team members to foster a collaborative culture.
• Provide hands-on support and assist with operational requirements as needed.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead and support the housekeeping team to consistently deliver 4 to 5-star service standards.
• Ensure guest rooms and public areas are presented to the highest standard, including detailed cleaning, bed making, and replenishment of amenities.
• Supervise daily operations, including room allocations, inspections, and team productivity.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of work areas, service pantries, and public spaces.
• Oversee linen control, including sorting, counting, and stock management.
• Uphold guest privacy, security, and confidentiality at all times.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Health & Safety procedures and promptly report any hazards or maintenance issues.
• Build strong working relationships with clients and team members, fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.
• Provide hands-on support and assist with operational requirements as needed.

About You

• Previous housekeeping and/or supervisory experience.
• Flexibility to work across 5 days per week, including weekends if required.
