Job summary

The Lancemore Group is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor for Lindenderry Red Hill in Victoria. You’ll lead the housekeeping team, ensure rooms and spaces are presented beautifully, and operate with hands-on leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

In this role you will coordinate daily staffing, inspect rooms, coach room attendants, and collaborate with Front Office and Maintenance to resolve issues quickly. A physically active, detail‑focused leader is essential.

• Experience supervising a housekeeping or cleaning team.
• Strong eye for detail and pride in presentation.

• Balance quality with productivity and labour efficiency.
• Calm and organized in a busy hotel environment.

• Willing to work a 7-day roster, weekends and public holidays.

• Be visible and hands-on, stepping in to support the team when required.

We’re looking for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor who takes pride in exceptional standards, enjoys leading people and isn’t afraid to be hands-on.

You’ll play a key role in the daily operation of the hotel, leading our Housekeeping team to ensure every room and guest space is presented beautifully and ready to impress.

The Role

• Lead and coordinate the Housekeeping team each day
